Delivery & Returns

Delivery with Treasures By Caz
Orders are only delivery to the United Kingdom. If you wish to have your order delivered internationally, please have it delivered to a UK address and then post it on. Some orders may be delivered direct from the printers & engravers - this is to keep my costs low so that you as a customer can benefit from this. When you place your order, you are agreeing to my full terms & conditions.

Delivery couldn't be more simple. Please read the following below regarding delivery of your order.

Personalised Gifts & Made to Order
Personalised Gifts normally take between 3-5 working days to produce and be despatched. Sometime this can be even earlier depending on the volume of sales at the time. Depending on how many items you've purchased, your order will either be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or Courier. Typically products that have a RRP £39.99+ will be sent via Interlink Courier. 

All China, Glass and Candle products can take up to 7 working days to be despatched. Please be aware of this when ordering. All other products are usually despatched between 1 - 4 working days. May vary during busy periods eg: Christmas.

Postage Cost
The cost of delivery is set at just £2.95 for your whole order. So no matter how many products you buy, you will only pay a one off charge per order. Look out for my FREE DELIVERY products (Subject to terms & conditions). You can also take advantage of my Free Delivery offer when you spend £50 or more. Simply select the Free Delivery option during checkout.

Returns & Replacement
I have a strict returns & replacement policy so please read the following carefully:

Personalised Gifts & Made to Order:
Products that are custom made to your specification or engraved/printed to order can not be returned unless they are any of the following:

  • Faulty eg: not up to the products full functionality
  • Damaged eg: dented, chipped, smashed, broken
  • Mistakes: wording not produced correctly although you have provided correctly spelt personalisations
  • Lost in Post: order has not arrived after the standard Royal Mail 1st Class waiting period (Usually 15 workings days). 5 working days if via courier. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct.

If any of these describe your order, please contact me and I will gladly help.

Where possible, I will provide a replacement for your order. If a product is out of stock, I will ask if you wish to take an alternative product of the same value. If this is not suitable, I will provide a full refund immediately. 

Order not arrived?
If your order is yet to turn up after 15 working days, please double check with your local sorting office and see if there are any parcels waiting for you. Also check your letters to see if you have received a calling card, incase you was out at the time of delivery. If you still have not received your order, please contact me.
