Website Use:
All design, content (descriptions) and images are part of TreasuresByCaz.com. Please do not take them without my consent. If you need images or text for publishing please contact me first. 

Please do not upload malware, viruses or spam mail to my website. I do have precautions in place. You will be wasting your time, and your IP will be banned from my website automatically meaning you will not be able to place an order or contact me.

If you have a problem within the website or with your order, please do not send offensive or rude emails. I will not tolerate this. 

Orders, replacements & delivery:
I have written a detailed Delivery & Returns page for you to read up on how delivery, returns and replacements work within my website. Please read this page carefully before you place an order.

All replacements are subject to availability. I will refund your order if an alternative product is not accepted. Please notify me within 7 working days of receiving your order if you have any problems. When contacting me for a refund or replacement, please be prepared to provide a detailed image of your order via email for investigation purposes.

By placing an order through my website you are agreeing that I am able to forward your delivery details onto my suppliers, designers & manufactuers (depending on the product) for them to produce and deliver your order. Your contact details accept those stated above will not be shared with anyone further than myself and will not be used for marketing purposes. You are agreeing that I may contact you at any time regarding your order over a 14 day period.

Although I do try to ensure that all product descriptions and images are correct at the time of purchase, please note that mistakes can happen. 

I will always strive to keep you, as a customer 100% happy. Any discounts that are issued are at my discrection and will not always be the for every outcome.
